Please note that photographs and video footage may be taken at DSG lessons and other events. These may be used for marketing and publicity on our website, in social media or in any third party publication. Please contact us if you have any concerns or if you wish your child to be exempted from this activity.
Please do not photograph or video other people’s children yourself without their prior permission.
IN-PERSON GROUP LESSONS
On arrival please read the notice board at the entrance. Any last-minute news, room changes or teacher changes will be posted there. Also please keep an eye on our website for any updated information
All pupils under 12 must be supervised at all times, both inside and outside the building.
Pupils over 12 may only be left only with prior arrangement with DSG teachers and if relevant forms have been signed (please ask for more details)
Siblings are welcome to watch classes so long as they are quiet. Please take siblings out of the room if they are making noise or being disruptive in any other way.
The Suzuki philosophy embraces the triangle between the child, parent and teacher. We believe that parents need to attend all Saturday classes to enhance every aspect of their child's musical education so we ask that they observe their child's classes and take notes to help them with their home practice.
Please do not touch any of the work on display in the school, or any of the school equipment.
Please ensure that any litter from drinks/food consumed is placed in a rubbish bin.
We rely on the goodwill of Kingsdale School and their neighbours to allow us to use this fabulous space for our group lessons. Please help us to keep it!
We would also like you to have an enjoyable morning! Please enjoy tea, coffee and other refreshments available and take the opportunity to meet and share experiences with our other parents.
